What does our expert say about this tour?

“I recently joined this trip with Vithaya, the manager in Laos for Lolei Travel. He told me he needed to show me some new places in Laos and urgend me to budget time to really dive deeper into the rural and adventure scene of Laos. Man o man, what a trip! I have been to Luang Prabang multiple times, but this time I experienced the place completely different. I loved the Baci Ceremony and Chomphet just blw me away. Vang Vieng cycling was tough, but rewarding. That lunch in the rice fields was one for the ages! I met a French/Lao lady in the capital who took me around the city. next to some highlights I really got to understand the city and its history. She knew a lot and had fascinating stories. After the “big 3″ of Laos, Vithaya took me to The Rock and the Plain of Jars. Breathtaking… the caves, the rough karst formations, the paddy fields, the history, and the atmosphere, it was just tremendous. I understood also quickly why he asked me to budget time, as the roads were quite challenging at times. He proposed to end up at Nong Khiaw, a place I never bene before and only know from backpacking stories. Nong Khiaw surprised me, I loved it. The villages and scenery is just stunning.”
